Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for everything done under your account. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you add to a workspace.

• Only invite participants you are entitled to contact for the purpose of the project.
• Only upload documents to a Project Brain that you are entitled to share and process.
• Do not use the service to harass, surveil or discriminate against individuals.
• Do not attempt to re-identify participants against their expectation of anonymity.
• Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

You own the content you put into the service and the transcripts and reports produced from your projects. You grant us the permission needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the product.

You are the controller of the personal data of the people you invite. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, for telling them how their answers will be used, and for honouring their requests.

Themes, ratings, comparisons and recommendations are produced by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. They are decision support, not professional advice, and the final judgement in any hiring, procurement or organisational decision stays with you. Review the underlying evidence before acting on them.

Paid plans are billed in US dollars, in advance for the period shown at checkout, and renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A free Starter tier is available without a card. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
